1. You may mail a registration form and payment to:

(Please include registration form with payment - Child's Name, Parent Name, Address, Phone, Class Registering For and Day of Class)

2. Drop your check or cash payment along with your registration form by the studio at 104 Keawe St. in Hilo (next to Bear's Cafe).

3. Click on the "buy now" button on the Center Stage website and pay with your credit card online.  Center Stage Dance Studio does not accept credit cards in the studio.  So, please pay online if you want to use your credit card.

4. Register or RSVP by phone at (808) 935 - 6346

Classes in Kapa'au do not require pre-registration although an RSVP is appreciated!  Julie@DancingBotanicals.com
